Matchoya is open at Blue Tree Phuket in Cherngtalay—not a pop-up and not a rendering. Guests visit for Uji matcha, matcha lattes, specialty coffee and a quiet breakfast. This cafe is our reference. Any future location should feel like a continuation of the brand, not a diluted copy.

Is Matchoya offering franchises in Thailand?
We are opening conversations with qualified partners. Any agreement is subject to location, format, mutual fit and written terms.
How much does a Matchoya franchise cost?
We do not publish a universal investment figure. Bangkok, Phuket and other cities are not the same room. Details are shared after initial qualification.
Do you guarantee ROI or payback?
No. Results depend on the site, investment, execution and market. This page contains no profit forecast.
Do I need F&B experience?
It is strongly preferred. An investor-only partner should have a credible operator with cafe, restaurant, hotel or retail experience.
Can I request master rights for Thailand?
We begin with partner and site fit. Broad territory rights are not awarded through a first email.
Can I visit the Phuket cafe first?
Yes—and we recommend it. Matchoya is at Blue Tree Phuket, Cherngtalay.
